I will let you in on my secrets, tips and ideas to keep your travel simple, easy and very light which helps you keep your sanity if your are traveling with kids or have a big family.
One of the things I love about homeschooling is going on field trips. You are not limited to how many field trips you can take in a school year. We are part of an amazing co-op called Urban Stars where moms come up with amazing field trips to take our children on. Yes I was a homeschooling novice, when I homeschooled my daughter in the kindergarten, I dedicated the basement room to my daughter classroom and decorated the walls like her traditional classroom setting. I have learned since then that for me having to much of anything if it is not being used it is just plain hoader-ism. So I have adopted a new homeschool philosophy.
